Raising money for a good cause: Aleesa Sikkander, right, along with Amanda Bennett stand ready on Saturday at their lemonade stand at Sikkander’s home in Altamont to raise money for the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. Shoppers at Altamont’s village-wide garage sale were generous; the girls raised $67.
