STEM Kits:

Toys that Move

We are getting creative this month making paper toys that move with our STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) take-and-make kits. Stop by the library each week to pick up new kits in the front vestibule on the bookshelf just before you come into the main library or you can email and request to have it put out on the porch for a pick up. .

Technology Wednesdays

Do you have a new smartphone or tablet, but don’t know how to download digital materials? Call the library at 518-797-3415 to speak with Amy on Wednesdays between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for free personalized, one-on-one instruction.

GoToMeeting help

Until we can have in person programs, we will be offering virtual programs. These programs are shared through GoTo Meeting. We have a video on our website www.westerlolibrary.org to help explain the basics of how to use GoToMeeting.

Most of the time all you need to do is click on the links that are given on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you don’t have internet, you can call into the meeting. If after watching the video you have any questions, please call the library at 518-797-3415 during our regular hours and one of our staff will be happy to help you.
