Westerlo Library Notes for Thursday, April 27, 2023

The artist on exhibit for the months of March and April is AnnMarie Plass. AnnMarie works in an abstract style with mixed media. You may view her work during regular library hours. Look for a new exhibit in May.

Bakers needed

A sure sign of spring is the ramp-up to the Annual Mother’s Day Bake Sale. The bake sale happens on May 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations of baked goods are needed to make this event happen. Call the library at 518-797-3415 or email to sign up to help. 

Become a 36er

The Upper Hudson Library System is having a Library Expedition once again. Pick up a map at any Upper Hudson Library and get your map stamped at each of the 36 libraries and branches. The expedition starts April 3 and goes to July 31.

Book Club

The book club next meets on May 18 at 4 p.m.  Read “Ordinary Grace” by William Kent Krueger and join in the discussion. Copies are available at the circulation desk.
