On Jan. 1, New Year’s Day, the library will be closed to celebrate the holiday

 Mahjong

On Jan. 4 from 1 to 4 p.m. join us for Mahjong in our Community Room. Mahjong or mah-jongg is a tile-based game that was developed in the 19th Century in China and has spread throughout the world since the early 20th Century. Come join our friendly group of players for a fun afternoon of conversation and Mahjong. Never played? Not a problem! They are happy to teach you. Meet in the Community Room. No registration required.
