The AARP Guilderland Chapter 980 holds monthly meetings at Christ the King Church at 20 Sumpter Ave. in Guilderland.

The meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month. Our next meeting will be Nov. 15.

Come at noon and check us out! You need not live in Guilderland.

We are very busy working on our Thanksgiving and Christmas programs. We are still in need of donations for Thanksgiving dinner for our families.

Donations of food or monetary donations are always appreciated.

To the Editor:

Every year, our village offers the wonderful service of picking up residents’ leaves, grass clippings, and brush.
