Photos: Dutch Girls Take Top Spot In First Invitational
On Sunday, Dec. 3, the Guilderland indoor track team competed in the Ithaca College High School Invitational being held at Ithaca College. The girls won with 134 points, 76 more than second place, while the boys finished in sixth with 34 points.

Barnhart finished in 2nd with a time of 7.43 seconds, Assabahi finished 3rd with a time of 7.58 seconds and Burnett in 7th with a time of 7.88 seconds.

Intense start: Guilderland’s Avery Kerr (2), Alexa Kosier (4), and Kara Whiteside (5) all battle for position at the start in the 1000-meter run. Kerr won with a time of 3:05.60, Kosier in fourth with a time of 3:12.73 and Whiteside in 5th with a time of 3:19.90.

In view of one another: Guilderland’s Sean Levy (13), Zexi Wang (10), and Graham Clarke (4) run close together during the start of the 1000-meter run. Levy finished in 8th with a time of 2:59.02, Wang in 13th with a time of 3:02.60 and Clarke in 14th with a time of 3:03.53.
