The Guilderville swim team — made up of girls from Guilderland and Voorheesville — competed last weekend at the state competition at Ithaca College in Ithaca. The Geese, as the girls call themselves, competed in the 200-yard medley relay, 200-yard individual medley, 100-yard breaststroke, and 1-meter diving. The meet was delayed two hours due to a snowstorm that went through the area Thursday night into Friday morning.
