Photos: Birds Soar To Finals

Last Thursday, Oct. 20, the Voorheesville boys soccer team kicked off the Section 2, Class C sectionals as the top-seed. The Blackbirds faced off in the second round against 16th-seed Hadley-Luzerne. The top-seeded Birds didn’t have any trouble winning, 8 to 0, then on Saturday beat 9th-seed Hoosic Valley.
