Guilderland lacrosse beat Shen at UAlbany Thursday afternoon, 17 to 7, heading to the regional finals on Saturday where the Dutch lost to Suffern, 17 to 6.

The Guilderland girls' lacrosse team handily won its Class A title game but on Saturday was beaten by Suffern, dashing hopes of another run at the state title.

In two games against Colonie softball pitcher Jess Annello this season, Guilderland went scoreless.
