— Nora Abbott of Delmar at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania with a grade point average of 3.6 or higher;

— Robert Erickson of Voorheesville at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania with a grade point average of 3.6 or higher;

— Patrick Regels of Delmar, at Northern Vermont University in Vermont with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher; and

— Thottam of Slingerlands, a doctor of occupational therapy student at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
 

These local students received the SUNY Oneonta 2020-2021 Susan Sutton Smith Award for academic excellence with a grade-point average of 3.9 or higher:

— Mira DelSignore of Slingerlands, majoring in psychology;

— Paris Evereth of Slingerlands, majoring in computer science;

— Natalia Gibbons of Delmar, majoring in sport management;

— Trisha Glogan of Schenectady, majoring in early childhood/childhood Education (B-6);

— Johnna Kollar of Schenectady, majoring in criminal justice; and

— Emily Lasch of Delmar, majoring in biology.
