Snowmen take shape as kids play at the Westerlo Winter Festival on Sunday, the day after a winter storm left a blanket of fresh snow.

To the Editor:

Despite having to postpone by a day due to the weather, the first Town of Westerlo Winter Festival was a success!

A good time was had by all! Thanks to all who attended!

And a special thanks to all who volunteered!
