Disgraced Guilderland judge Richard Sherwood pleaded guilty on Monday to felony larceny charges for plundering family trusts that had been in his care as a private attorney.

GUILDERLAND — Stanislav Petkevichus, 28, of Guilderland, pleaded guilty on Oct. 27 to conspiring to distribute oxycodone, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Frederick Basile was recently sentenced to a year in jail for a series of charges of public lewdness, for exposing himself in public. He was also designated a Level 3 — the highest level — sex offender.

Now 20, VanAlstyne is facing a sentence of 18 years to life, scheduled to appear in court in January.

“You make mistakes,” Young said of the investigation by the Attorney General's office of a "misappropriation of funds." “You don’t get to vet everything as much as you want to.”

GUILDERLAND — Joshua Bojkovic, who was arrested in March for selling drugs out of a motel office, pleaded guilty, on Dec. 4, to felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, in Albany County Court.

KNOX — Wesley Pulsifer of Altamont pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony, according to a release from the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.

Both parties agreed to a plea of guilty and a sentence of two-and-a-third to seven years. The defense said it would also request substance-abuse treatment at the June 19 sentencing.

Kevin Willsey, an Altamont mechanic charged with three felonies in relation to stolen vehicles, will have more time to decide if he should accept a plea deal from prosecutors.
