Appoint a foreman to do highway super’s work

To the Editor:

Mr. Crosier, [Berne town supervisor, Kevin Crosier], I have an idea for you on how to save money and it would help you in the long run.

Take the highway superintendent’s job and put it up for a referendum vote to abolish this job. You make a highway foreman and you delegate the work to him, and then there would be reason on how the work gets done
