Patil and Genovesi to wed

Arati Patil and Mark GenovesiSLINGERLANDS — Janice and Joseph D. Genovesi of Slingerlands announce the engagement of their son, Mark J. Genovesi, to Arati Patil, daughter of Kavita and M.D. Patil of Corning, N.Y.

Ms. Patil is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Albany Medical College, working on her residency at New York University.

Mr. Genovesi is also a graduate of RPI and is working as a business consultant in New York City.

They plan to marry in the summer of 2013.
