Leading the team: C.J. Ducharme, center, had a spur-of-the-moment idea — do jumping jacks — and got University at Albany football players to follow his lead in the end zone. The workout preceded the Challenger football game on Bob Ford Field at the university last Thursday afternoon. Challenger football lets kids with disabilities play the game.

Happiness all around: Members of the University at Albany football team play alongside Challenger football players — kids with disabilities who love to play football. Every player from UAlbany cheered like this player who signals a touchdown as another player makes a playful attempt to pull the flag of the challenger player.
