Sealed with a kiss: After taking the oath of on Dec. 31, Guilderland Supervisor Kenneth Runion kisses his wife, Helene, who had held the Bible for him as he was sworn into his eighth term. About 50 onlookers, including State Senator Cecilia Tkaczyk, Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple, retired Assemblyman John McEneny, and a host of town officials attended the event.
