GUILDERLAND — During the month of October, The UPS Store, at 1971 Western Ave. in Guilderland, is celebrating its 25-year silver anniversary.  To honor the occasion and demonstrate its continued commitment to the community, the store is hosting a month-long celebration.

Plans for the anniversary celebration include a 25-cent color copy promotion for the entire month of October.  The store is also hosting an anniversary party on Oct. 25th complete with food, games, and prizes.

“Since opening our doors in 1989, it’s been a pleasure getting to know our customers. We really take pride in helping to meet their individual shipping, printing, and business needs,” said Brian Clark, The UPS Store franchisee, in a release from the store. “We’re looking forward to many more years of serving Guilderland.”

The store earned recognition this year when Clark was named 2014’s Small Businessman of the Year by the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to domestic and international shipping, The UPS Store offers black-and-white and full-color copying and direct printing, document finishing (binding, laminating, etc.), notary services, packaging, freight crating and shipping, mailbox and postal services, office and packaging supplies, and more.

The UPS Store is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m.to 4 p.m. For more information about Guilderland’s The UPS Store, go online to theupsstore.com/0917.htm.
