BID SUBMISSIONS
Each proposal must be accompanied by security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, in the form and subject to the conditions stipulated in the Information to Bidders. No Bidder shall withdraw his bid within sixty days (60) after the formal opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposals, or to reject any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals. The accepted low bidder(s) will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond.
