She was born in Guilderland on July 31, 1923.  She met her husband, Marshall, while they were in grade school.  They married in 1945 and honeymooned locally.  She and Marshall made several trips to Hawaii some years back, but mostly enjoyed staying at home, he said.  Mrs. Frisbee enjoyed cooking and keeping a tidy house.  Her husband said she had a close relationship with God, and she was a member of the Unionville Reformed Church in Delmar.

Her sisters, Myrtle Relyea and Helen Booth, died before her, as did her brothers, Clifford Jacobson and Stanley Jacobson.

A graveside service was held April 4, with burial at the Prospect Hill Cemetery in Guilderland.  Arrangements were made by the Fredendall Funeral Home of Altamont.
