Bagyi a Powerful and Best lawyer

John M. Bagyi

Once again, John M. Bagyi has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, as he has since 2007, when he was the youngest labor and employment lawyer in New York State to receive that recognition.

And, for the second consecutive year, Bagyi was listed as one of the Nation's Most Powerful Employment Attorneys (Up-and-Comers) in a survey published in the June 16 edition of Human Resource Executive.

An attorney and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources at Bond, Schoeneck & King’s Albany office, Bagyi represents employers of all types and sizes in labor and employment-related contexts, including workplace investigations, policy development and review, union organizing campaigns, strikes and picketing, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, and employment litigation in Federal and State courts.

A 1989 graduate of Guilderland High School, Bagyi resides in Voorheesville with his wife, Dania, and daughters, Kennedy and McKenna.
