CFP announces award winners

Todd A. Slingerland, CFP, president and chief executive officer of Capital Financial Planning, headquartered at 6 Tower Place in Albany, announces the following financial advisors and associates were lauded at the firm’s annual awards banquet on Jan. 23 at Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Connecticut:

— Brittany Lutes, operations manager in Albany, received the David J. Ross Sr. Award for service above self for her volunteerism as a “Big Sister” with Big Brothers/Big Sisters over the past four years;

— Daniel O’Keefe, CFP of the Albany office received the President’s Award for overall excellence in his dedication to the industry, client service, assistance to his peers, and community service; and

— John C. Buff of the Albany office was inducted into the firm’s 30/30 Club for year/year practice growth.

Other Albany advisors who were recognized for their work included: Richard Anthony and Adam Neary. Shelby Martin of Albany was also recognized for her work as Client Services director for Adam Neary’s practice. Adam Neary was named the firm’s top producer in calendar year 2015.
